About Us
Our bodies do so much for us and I believe we need to take care of them and feed them with quality, nutritious food that sustains life. Our goal is to serve you high-quality food and drinks made with fresh ingredients sourced as locally as possible. We only use what we would be comfortable using for our family.
We use local farm fresh milk (non-homogenized), sweeteners like local raw honey and maple syrup, unrefined sugars, local homemade sourdough bread, local cage-free brown eggs, organic coffee roasted in Ohio, no inflammatory seed oils: only butter, coconut, avocado, or extra virgin olive oil, house-made milk alternatives, and house-made dressings, sauces and coffee syrups. No dyes or preservatives.
We also desire to be a place of peace, rest, encouragement, and connection. A place where respect and honor is shown to all. We hope to bring the love of Jesus into our town and the people we serve.
